We've scheduled our next set of single-day beginner workshops for the late summer! Come and learn taiko with us.
Each three-hour session includes:
- Physical warm-ups to get ready to play and execises to cool down afterward
- Basic hitting technique and practice
- Information about taiko history and culture
- Learning some simple patterns to create a taiko melody
Workshops are held at our studio in Bellevue and all equipment is provided.
- Sunday, August 31, 11 am - 2 pm
- Sunday, September 7, 11 am - 2 pm
- Sunday, September 21, 11 am - 2 pm
